How To Enter
Enter by simply going to MtnLakePub.com/Advertising-Giveaway and fill out the form. Restrictions are limited to one entry and you must be 21 yrs of age or older to enter and win. Giveaway starts October 2, 2020 and all Entries must be received by midnight October 20 2020.
Vacation Guide in the Mountains Giveaway Official Rules. To enter fill out the online form on MtnLakePub.com/Advertising-Giveaway. All information including name, address, telephone number and e-mail are required for entry. One (1) lucky winner will receive a FREE half (1/2) page ad in one of our three publications (Vacation Guide in the Mountains, Homes for Sale Magazine or Highroads Living) a $300.00 value! Must be 21 yrs of age or older to win. Entries must be received by October 20, 2020 subject to availability. Package may not be redeemed for cash, resold or transferred. Notification of the $300.00 valued prize will be sent via EMAIL & phoned. If no response is made within the 5 day period from winner, another winner will be drawn. The odds of winning will depend on the number of entries.
Contest Rules (must be agreed to)
The prize will be awarded in a random drawing from all valid entries received. Drawing will be conducted by Mountain Lake Publishing, Inc. One entry per person. One winner per household who are 21 years of age or older. Winner will be notified by EMAIL + phone and will have 5 days to respond. Void wherever prohibited by law. Families and employees of Mountain Lake Publishing and participating advertising agencies are not eligible. Winner will have until November 23rd, 2020 to use Free Advertisement won. For a name of the prize winner, send a stamped, self-addressed envelope to Mountain Lake Publishing, PO Box 245, Hayesville, NC 28904.

No liability is assumed for lost, late, incomplete, inaccurate, non-delivered or misdirected e-mail, garbled, mis-transcribed, faulty or incomplete telephone transmissions, for technical hardware or software failures of any kind, lost or unavailable network connection or failed, incomplete or delayed computer transmission or any human error which may occur in the receipt of processing of the entries in this Giveaway. By entering the giveaway, entrants agree that Mountain Lake Publishing and any promotional partners reserve the right to contact entrants multiple times with newsletter, or special information and offers. Mountain Lake Publishing reserves the right, at their sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Giveaway. Winners agree that Mountain Lake Publishing and participating sponsors, their subsidiaries, affiliates, agents and promotion agencies shall not be liable for injuries or losses of any kind resulting from acceptance of or used of prizes. No substitutions or redemption of cash, or transfer of prize permitted. All Federal, State, and local laws and regulations apply. Winners agree to allow sponsors to used their name and pictures for purposes of promotion. Odds of winning will be determined by the total number of eligible entries received.
